We offer free advice to members of the public, trades, local authorities, and businesses wanting to upgrade their heating, hot water, and energy infrastructure. Whether you are considering a hybrid system retrofit, new bespoke renewable installation, or don’t even know where to start and what's possible, we are here to help you understand your options.

If you want to proceed with a project, we can then supply all the materials and put you in touch with one of our approved and vetted installers.

We are looking for more approved installers to keep up with demand. If you hold relevant transferable qualifications, like plumbing, electrical, or gas, we can also support you in your transition to renewables. We facilitate training provided by the manufacturers at their facilities and can arrange site visits by the manufacturer's technical experts to support your journey. In partnership with The Department for Business Energy & Industrial Strategy, The Green Register, and Bristol City Council, we will also be offering more comprehensive courses from our hub in Bristol, which will cover all relevant fields from fabric first installation practices through to design, specification, selection, and installation. The idea is to exceed minimum “legal” requirements and set a new level of quality and consumer confidence.
