Warranty registration for Willerby homeowners

If you’re the owner of the holiday home, you must register your Thermino to activate your warranty. This includes uploading a scanned copy of the completed commissioning checklist mentioned above.

The warranty won’t be valid without a completed commissioning certificate. Failure to register the warranty and commissioning certificate within 30 days of the date of the commissioning certificate reduces the warranty to 2 years. 

To maintain your warranty, you must also follow the winter care guidelines detailed in the warranty information document linked below.

There are two ways to register your Thermino and activate your warranty.

Complete your warranty registration online (preferred)

Fill in the online form below and submit this along with a scanned copy of your commissioning checklist. It’s also a good idea to download the warranty information document below and save a copy for your records, as this includes the full warranty terms.

Print, complete and return the warranty information document

If you’re unable to complete the online form, you can print, complete and return the form in the warranty information document. You can do this by either:

• Uploading a scanned copy of the warranty form and commissioning checklist at the bottom of this page
• Sending a scanned copy of the warranty form and commissioning checklist by email to [email protected]
• Or, posting the completed warranty form and commissioning checklist to: Warranty Team, Sunamp Ltd, 1 Satellite Park, Macmerry, EH33 1RY, UK.
